well, it's quite a question argued by people all the time. i thk aperson's personality has little relation to his family economic level. it'smonly said that a child rich family will has more chances and betterchoice for his study. however, if the kid himself isn't aware of this, that isall va. it's not unusual that many children from rich family are quite rudeand conceited although they are always receive the best education. then, howabout the poor family's children? there is another sayg that adversitycultivates heroes. to be honest, i disagree with it too. poor children shouldlearn harder and catch every chance to strengthen themselves. however, thereality is often not like that. subjectively speakg, poor children are easy tofeel ferior and thus can't study well. even if they study well, they hardly dowell practicg ability. objectively speakg, poor children can hardlyreceive good and plentiful education because of the economic limit. that willcause deficiency some literal or artistic talent such as music or dance.therefore, i thk children's personality have little relation to their familysituation.

A culture creats a city, the water and soil brg up the people. At thefoot of Erlang mounta, the middle of Sichuan provce, lies a small townnamed Tian Quan. I am proud to say: it is my hometown.

Wherever I go, Tian Quan stays my deep memory forever. I can not fetthe place where I was born and grow up, I can not fet the place wheresurrounded by green mountas and water, I can not fet the good and honestpeople who workg hard there, I can not fet every river, every streetthere.

Standg at the of the WenBi mounta, you will catch a bird’s eye viewof the whole Tian Quan. You will fd it is a beautiful picture cludg themordern colour and old smell.

Lookg at the lovly provious animals , such as panda, Tak, Goldenmonkey. You will thks the nature has special power to make life sowonderful.

My hometown has a long history of culture. There is thetea-horse-aient-way, which attracts Chese and foreign tourists to visit .Walkg on the tea-horse-aient-way, you can’t help sign regret how long ourculture is!

Tian Quan is also famous for it’s culture of tea. In summer , the farmerswork on the tea plantations, you will regard it as a lively picture. If you havea chance to work on the tea plantations, you can’t miss it! You can enjoy thetea and learn more about tea at the same time .How wonderful it is!

I want to say a song for my hometown, but I don’t know what kds of musicis fit for her, I want to write a poem for her, but I don’t know what words candescribe her.

Everyday is a new begng , put you hands together , give a smile to theland, say a words to Tian Quan : you will my heart , forever.

Hi everyone,

My name is Dongqi Yang from cha, I am horror to be here today and I amvery happy to receive this award.

As you can image, as ternational students Australia, the biggestchallenge is English,

I remembered that when I e here first time, there is a party thehouse of my home stay. Durg the time, they played jokes and they laughed allthe time, do you know how embarrassed that is, everyone laughed except you. So Ipretend to understand the joke another party, I saw everyone laugh and Ilaugh too 5 seconds later. My home stay was surprised about that and asked me“do you understand?”， and I answered “no”， “So why do you laugh?” ”because I donot want to be embarrassed”!

But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because theyencourage me to be volved with the mittee rather than stayg at home,play puter and speak Chese.

When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who isternational student coordator. She is very kd to me, and she encourage mejo SRC, I went to SRC meetgs regularly all the time, but I didn’t even knowwhat SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRCanymore. But she said “why not? You should go and you have to go!”I asked” why?”she said:” because I said so!”

But as ii receive this award today, I want to thank her. She helps me alot.

Truth be told, I am not the best student Wantirna College, but Iappreciate this award and I will try my best future.

I thk I got 10 seconds left, I want to thank to Les and Vera who is mylovely home stay, thanks to Liz collar who is ternational student coordator,I strongly want to thank to my mother, because she support me and gave me theopportunity to e to Australia.
