　　I'm xxx. You can call me Dirk, which is my English name. I was born 19xx and now I am xx years of age.After 6 years learng the Yuyao No. 1 high School, I enrolled as a student the Ngbo Aantancy School 1990 majorg Fance and Aountg. Now I have two Bachelor's degrees.My first job starts with Ngbo Furniture Cooperation, which is a big state-owned enterprise. Workg as an aountant there for almost 6 years I acquired a lot of experience the aountg fields. However I am not very happy with the management style of the state-owned enterprise. So I took my own advice and joed Ngbo KK Color Display Co. Ltd., a color monitor manufacturer from Japan. I was primarily responsible for cost aountg and aounts receivable anagement. KK is a well-known electronics giant. I learned a lot there on how to operate a modern factory.It is 1999 that I had big change my career. I was vited to jo Suzhou Sunny Air Tools Co. Ltd. and workg there as a Fancial Manager. Sunny is a subsidiary of world famous manufacturer Sears. As a listed pany from the States, Sears has about 141 plants all the world with annual sales approximates 12 billion US$. We have 9 plants Cha. It is with Sunny that I improved myself a great deal. Not only had I the chances to touch the fancial reportg and the ternal control system, I also got experience implementg ERP system. Because of my outstandg job, I was held responsible for the IT function and Warehouse function too. Despite the fact I am pretty suessful with Sears, I decided to move back to Ngbo the begng of this year. Now I am the Fance Director of Ngbo Funny. Funny is the second largest fast food supplier the world. It has two plants Ngb Ngbo Brown and Ngbo Yokey. You may know about or even are a consumer of our product: Yokey Coca.As a professional I want to contuously challenge myself and contribute more to my pany. That is the reason why I never sped learng and worked very hard. I am a certified public aountant of Cha and now I want to get a CPA license of the U.K. I hope that one day I could have a regional responsibility my pany. e.g. to be the Asia-Pacific Fancial Director. In order to live up my dreams, I need to endeavor many directions, first and foremost, to improve my leadership and munication skills and keep abreast of latest development of management science. 　　MY BACKGROUND

　　I was born a small village of Shan Dong Provce on April 4th, 1968. When I was young, my family was very poor, so I had to work to earn money to help my parents after class when I was the middle school.

　　In 1986 I was admitted by University of International Busess and Economics (or: UIBE) to pursue a bachelor degree Economics. My major is aountg Department of International Busess Management. The undergraduate education gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others. I developed several professional terests Aountg, Fance, and International Trade.

　　The followg eight-year workg experience offered me a good chance to give full play to my creativity, telligence and diligence. In 1990-1993, I worked as an assistant to fundg manager Cha National Technical Import and Export Corporation. In 1993-present, I was employed by Cha Kgdom Import and Export Corporation to be the Manger of Fancial and Aountg Division.

　　I do believe that with my hard early life, solid educational background and ample workg experience, I would be an excellent student of you MBA program.

　　MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT:

　　After graduatg from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the fundg manager by Cha National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After readg a lot of related files, and analyzg the overall fundg situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put to effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high terest rate while a large amount of cash bank with very low terest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the fundg effectiveness, after one year's hard work, I developed the ternal bankg system with the corporation based on the actual fundg supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This ternal bankg system made full use of the corporation' fundg resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

　　After I have worked busess area for eight years, I feel that I need to contue my education by pursug a Master degree busess admistration.
